Physical Products
Customers must notify us of any intention to return an item within 48 hours of receiving it.
Items must be returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
We do not offer refunds for physical products. All sales are final.
Digital Products (Courses and Downloads)
All sales of digital products, including courses and downloadable content, are final.
Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason.
1-to-1 Appointments
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged in full. No refunds will be issued.
Retreats
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the event will receive a full refund.
Any cancellations between 14 and 30 days before the retreat start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable.

All refund and cancellation requests must be submitted through the contact form on our website. Please include your order or booking reference, as well as any relevant details, to help us process your request promptly.
